WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?

If the knife that is sent to you is damaged during shipping, or from standard use and abuse for the intended purpose of the knife I will either pay for shipping of the knife back. OR will send a new knife once the current knife is sent back.  

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Once you have purchased a Knife and or a Knife deposit for a custom order there will be no refund. I am a small business and those funds are immediately used to replace the stock or purchase materials for the custom blade. 

DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY SERVICES FOR ALL PRODUCTS?

Yes! Gentle GIant Forge can ship anywhere! if in the lower 48 of the USA shipping is oncluded in the purchase. All others please reach out for a shipping quote.
